As part of Our Health and Safety Policy
- Children are permitted in our salon at the responsibility of the clients.
- Supermarket trolleys can be either bought in to the salon or left outside the entrance at clients risk.
- New clients must complete and sign out client consent form and give it to your therapist.
- Returning clients please tell your therapist if:
- you have ever had any reactions to previous treatments.
- your health has changed since your last visit.
- you are taking new medication.
- you have had professional skin treatments such as IPL, laser or recent surgery.
- If you are feeling unwell – Please come another day.
- We have a ‘NO REFUND POLICY’ – If you are unhappy with our service for any reason please ask to speak to our Manager.
- Due to our limited seating Client’s only in the waiting room please.
