As part of Our Health and Safety Policy

  • Children are permitted in our salon at the responsibility of the clients.
  • Supermarket trolleys can be either bought in to the salon or left outside the entrance at clients risk.
  • New clients must complete and sign out client consent form and give it to your therapist.
  • Returning clients please tell your therapist if:
    1. you have ever had any reactions to previous treatments.
    2. your health has changed since your last visit.
    3. you are taking new medication.
    4. you have had professional skin treatments such as IPL, laser or recent surgery.
  • If you are feeling unwell – Please come another day.
  • We have a ‘NO REFUND POLICY’ – If you are unhappy with our service for any reason please ask to speak to our Manager.
  • Due to our limited seating Client’s only in the waiting room please.
